DTBuild is a workshop that enables developers to create data transformation definitions (.DXD files).
The DTBuild installation also contains DT.exe, a command line version of DTBuild.
DTRun is a user's application that has most of the capabilities of DTBuild but doesn't allow (for example) creation of new nodes.
