Streams

Input

DTBuild accepts input from a single input stream or sequence of input streams.   Currently supported input stream types :

• files
• emails
• URLs (web pages)

To define the input streams select the appropriate Input/Output menu option.

Output

DTBuild actions can transmit data to any number of tagged output files or database destinations.   To define the output file(s) select menu option Input/Output | Output files.

Actions can also output data to tables and fields in a database.

Notes

• If no output streams are defined file output actions will send data to file "out.tmp".
